Shipping policy

All orders (Domestic & International) are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once we have packaged up your items, put the shipping label on it and dropped off your package at the Post Office, you will receive another email notification letting you know your order has been shipped off. 

REMINDER: Please keep in mind that your order is coming from Hawaii. Now, though these occasions are rare, we do like to note that our business is located on an active volcano. If in the event of a lava eruption, this could delay your order. Of course, we’d communicate this with you and do what was necessary to make the situation right for you (refund, etc.). 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All orders (Domestic & International) are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email.

USPS First-Class Shipping (1-3 business days) w/ USPS Tracking within the U.S. (including Hawaii & Alaska) is always 5$ flat! The more you buy…the more you save on shipping in the long run.(NOTE:Hawaii Sales Tax currently @ 4.5%)

Again, once your order is received, we pride ourselves on getting your order to the post office within a 24-48 hr. window! We know you don’t want that pesky pimple and we want to help you get rid of it ASAP!

International Shipping

All orders (Domestic & International) are processed within 24-48 hours after receiving your order confirmation email.

We offer international shipping world-wide via DHL & USPS. Dependent on the method you choose, that will determine your shipping time, shipping fee, etc. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In addition, Peachy Girl Pimple Patches is not responsible for any import taxes from your country.

How do I check the status of my order?

For all Domestic (U.S.) orders:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number via USPS (for all U.S. orders only) you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within  10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at peachygirlpimplepatches@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For all International orders:

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us to notify you that your order has shipped. 

Dependent on the shipping method you select, you can layer on tracking, etc. to better gauge your package during transit. We do suggest this for all international orders. 

If you haven’t received your order within 29 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at peachygirlpimplepatches@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. All standard shipping processes as outlined above apply.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at peachygirlpimplepatches@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
