How Much Water Should You Be Drinking A Day?
Drinking enough water everyday is SO IMPORTANT for normal bodily functions…but it’s also ESSENTIAL for beautiful skin!
Here’s a simple equation to determine how much water you should be drinking per day:
Your weight * 2/3 (or 0.67) = Your Daily Water Intake
NOW, if you partake in activity where you sweat, add another 12 oz. of water for every 30 minutes of activity to your daily water intake you calculated above.
SO, you may still be wondering why drinking enough water is so important and essential to acne sufferers…and to keep it simple…when your body is properly hydrated, it improves your body’s immune cell response…meaning that your body has a higher likelihood of being able to fight off harmful bacteria like Cutibacterium acnes (AKA acne).
